Sunday Post - Czech Moldavite

Went jalan jalan with the wifey today we came across a crystal shop. While the queen was looking at crystals, I find these rocks rather a waste of time. It's expensive and I don't really know what it does.

Strangely as I was looking at some of the rock closely, this little bugga moved and dropped off from the shelves. That's where I know I should get it.

It's called a Moldavite formed by a meteorite impact. Moldavite is found in only one area of the world. A meteorite of enormous size and incredible impact is known to have crashed in the Czechoslovakian mountain region around 15 million years ago.

This event is believed to have created melted material that fell to earth and created these beautiful green crystals. All of the Moldavite has been found in the Czech Republic, close to the area where this event occurred.

It is also believe to help one to construct a positive and healthy life, that being said it helps repels negativity. I also found some negative readings about the rock being spiritual and stuff. I guess this is gonna be interesting.

PS : the rock falling from the shelves was just another way of saying that its eye catchy and I must have it, teehee!
